Bourbon Maple Pork Chops

Pork chop and seasoning
· 6 extra-thick Frenched pork chops
· 2 tablespoons kosher salt
· 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper

· 1 tablespoon dry mustard

· 1 cup whole grain mustard

· 1 cup Dijon mustard

· 1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey

· 1 cup maple syrup

Preheat grill on high. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients for marinade in separate bowl and mix well. Pour over the pork chops, turning to coat all sides. Let pork chops marinate for at least one hour. Place marinated pork chops on grill and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees, turning over half-way through. For thicker cuts, use cooler part of grill to slow cooking. Serve over sweet potato corn hash.
