Corn casserole recipe

An easy corn casserole recipe just in time for the holidays.


1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn
8 ounces of sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
16 ounce package of shredded cheddar cheese


First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Then mix together corn, sour cream, and muffin mix. Pour mixture into non-stick sprayed pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on the top.

Bake covered for the first 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is browned.

Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.
