Who can you trust?

You need to make sure that any Contractor you do business with has proven himself in the past and will be there if you need him in the future. Don't just ASK the contractor if he is stable; look for the tangible proof of longevity and financial stability in a company. Look for businesses that have their own fabrication warehouse with a CAD (Computer Aided Design) systems. Workers should be factory trained employees, not sub–contractors, who comply with stringent company standards and produce higher quality products more reliably. Lastly, companies that are both more stable and reliable maintain their own fleet of insured, marked vehicles which cause less maintenance hassles and service delays for customers.
