JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The 18-story Downtown historic Barnett National Bank Building now belongs to jaguars owner Shad Khan, according to a report from the Financial New & Daily Record.
Khan's Stache Investments bid $50,100 for the building in a foreclosure auction Wednesday morning.

Khan had loaned developer Steve Atkins $3 million in April 2013 to purchase and renovate the building, but no payments were made on the loan, leading to a court battle that began in May 2015.
The structure reverted back to Stache Investments at the auction.
