Zenaida Gonzalez attorneys want more answers from Lee Anthony

Casey Anthony remains jailed in daughter's death

ORLANDO, Fla. – Attorneys representing Zenaida Gonzalez want the brother of Casey Anthony to answer questions he refused to respond to during a deposition.

Lee Anthony -- on the advice of his attorney -- refused to say whether he believed his sister may have been responsible for disappearance of her daughter, Caylee. Lee Anthony also refused to discuss who he thought Caylee's father might be.

Gonzalez's attorneys are asking a judge to force Lee Anthony to answer the questions.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, whose remains were found in December. She told investigators she left Caylee with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez in June, and the two were gone when she returned for her daughter.

A woman with the same name as the baby sitter filed a civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony, seeking more than $15,000 because she says her reputation has been ruined by being linked to the case.
