Gonzalez's attorneys are asking a judge to force Lee Anthony to answer the questions.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, whose remains were found in December. She told investigators she left Caylee with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez in June, and the two were gone when she returned for her daughter.

A woman with the same name as the baby sitter filed a civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony, seeking more than $15,000 because she says her reputation has been ruined by being linked to the case.
