JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville father who killed his 3-month-old son will spend the next 35-years in prison.
In February a jury found guilty of killing his infant son, Marcus Cole, in March 2009. Marcus had a fractured skull and multiple broken ribs. Prosecutors said the baby was beaten to death.

The defense has argued that no one really knows who hurt the baby, and Marshall is being blamed only because he was the last one with the baby.
