Last month, his family put up three billboards on I-95 near exit 311 in St. Augustine with a composite sketch of the suspect from witness accounts.

The signs also show a picture of the truck detectives believe the suspect was driving -- a dark blue Ford Ranger.

Wrigley's mother, Mandy, hopes whomever hit her son comes forward.

"I think it would be better for him to just come on in and admit to what he's done turn himself in and you know let's go from there," said Wrigley. "They say you're supposed to find forgiveness in your heart, that's what your faith teaches you. Well I need to know him and I need to hear his story."
