More veterans are finding work after coming home from war.
The jobless rate for Iraq and Afghanistan veterans is now down to 7.6%. That's five points lower than in the previous year.

That's also lower than the national average of 8.3%
In fact, more employers are making it a point to hire veterans.
This week, The Walt Disney Company launched a new initiative called "Heroes Work Here." The program is expected to recruit 1,000 vets over the next three years.
