Gas Prices Rise For Ninth Straight Day

Gas prices are continuing to climb for the ninth day in a row.

Prices rose another three-tenths of a penny yesterday, according to AAA.

After that increase, prices are now up 17 percent this year.

Drivers are now paying more than 30 cents extra per gallon of regular gas since last month.

The average price for a gallon of regular gas is now $3.83. That's up from $3.52 in February.

Experts say ongoing tensions with Iran are causing the increases in fuel prices.
