Richard Person III, 26, and Miles McChriston Jr., 24, were arrested and charged with murder.

Police said Person's cousin was involved in a relationship with Mosely.

"He found out that she was being abused, so he wanted to confront the victim," said Lt. Rob Schoonover, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. "As the victim turned to walk away, I guess to go back in the apartment, they opened fire on him."

Police said Mosely was shot four or five times. He died at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center.

"All four had guns and all four fired," Schoonover said of the suspects.

He said police know the identities of the other two men being sought, but did not want to release them.
