Channel 4 sat down with Crime Analyst Ken Jefferson to look at the surveillance video.

"He appears to be the only person there. It seems to be some sort of office building that he is carefully surveying to steal as many items as he can," Jefferson said.  "Who knows why he  picked this particular location obviously by the way he's walking around he's somewhat familiar with the layout."

Jefferson said the suspect obviously knew the lay out of the business, but didn't know there was a camera there watching his every move.

Anyone with any information about the identity or location of the man is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or email JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward, contact Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
