Police try to ID man who used lost debit card

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Police in St. Augustine are asking for help identifying a man wanted on credit card fraud charges.

Police said a resident lost his debit card downtown while using the parking meters on May 6. He reported it lost to a local bank on May 11, and there had been several charges to his account during that time, police said.

Investigators released a surveillance photo of a man they said used the card at a store.
