JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reports a man who has the mind of an 8-year-old and is unable to speak that was missing Thursday night was found early Friday morning.
Freddie Lee Williams, 48, was last seen Thursday around 6 p.m. near his home on Home Park Circle near Spring Park Road and Beach Boulevard. His family believed he was just going across the street to the park like he often does. He normally never stays out past dark.

Police did not report the details of how Williams was located, but said he was safe.
