JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 45-year-old Jacksonville man is charged with murder in the death of his 41-year-old brother.
Police said Victor Wilson shot and killed Eugene Wilson at a home in the 1300 block of High Plains Drive West on the Northside.

Police said the shooting resulted from an argument and happened right in front of Eugene Wilson's girlfriend.
Investigators did not say what the argument was about.
