Georgia man suspected in ex-wife's killing may be in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Cobb County, Ga., police have reason to believe a man suspected of killing his ex-wife inside her Marietta home on Saturday may be in the Jacksonville area.
After 48-year-old Donna Nations Kristofak died from her injuries, detectives secured an arrest warrant for her ex-husband, 58-year-old John Stephen Kristofak on charges of aggravated assault and murder.
Kristofak was last seen driving a brown Chevrolet Equinox bearing Georgia license plate BUV 2635. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Kristofak, who is also known as Wayne Beacham and Tom Peterson, is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. While he is pictured with graying hair, police believe he may have dyed it.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 770-499-3945. Anyone who sees Kristofak is urged to call 911.
