Orlando attorney Matt Morgan says he's now investigating the crash that happened Saturday and injured more than two dozen spectators.

Debris flew off the speedway and into the stands as a car struck the fencing during the final lap of the Nationwide race.

Morgan said he believes this crash is a case of gross negligence.

As a NASCAR fan himself, Morgan says he's been to the Speedway many times and says no fan could ever foresee car parts crashing through the catch fence and flying into the stands.

He says his office will be questioning the manufacturer of the fence.

"We know that in 2009, there was a similar crash in Talladega at that point in time," Morgan said. "What we have to investigate is what was done, and was there a safer fence that wasn't put in place because of monetary considerations?"

Morgan says it will take time to investigate the crash and answer all the legal questions.

The three victims he's representing are still in the hospital recovering from their injuries.
