ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Interstate 95 near State Road 16 in St Johns County was closed in both directions around 3 p.m. Saturday after a traffic crash led to a bomb squad callout.
According to St. Johns County Sheriff's Office Cmdr. Chuck Mulligan, after a crash, 48-year-old Victor Calderon began making threats to kill people and blow people up.

Mulligan says that as a precaution, the bomb squad was brought in to check for explosives at the scene.
Around 7 p.m. Saturday, the bomb squad gave the all clear. Traffic on S.R. 16 was blocked and traffic on I-95 for was slowed for just over four hours.
Calderon was charged with making a false bomb threat, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, obstruction of an officer and driving without a license.
