Through the course of the search, officers recovered hydrocodone tablets, baggies of marijuana, digital scales, a marijuana grinder and several other paraphernalia. Police also found four cellphones.

Two children, a 7-year-old girl and a 6-month-old girl, were both removed from the home and placed in care with relatives.

"I can't believe this. They were right on night stands and even found beneath a child's toy," Chief Jeff Johnson said.

Morris and Mack are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a prescription medication without a prescription.
