FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Two school buses were stolen from a parking garage on State Road 100 that's owned by the Flagler County School District, and now deputies are investigating the thefts.
Deputies said that around 3 p.m. Monday, School Rep. Michael Judd reported that the two buses were apparently stolen between 9 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. July 27. The two All American school buses were valued at $60,000 each.

The bus garage parking is located north of Flagler Palm Coast High School.
Judd told deputies that a July 27 video recording of the parking lot showed a white passenger car entered the compound after cutting a lock on the security gate at Bulldog Drive. The road provides access to the parking lot.
The vehicle was out of sight for a short period of time and then reappeared in the video and was seen leaving. Minutes later, the two buses came into view on the video, stopped for about three minutes at the Bulldog Drive security gate, and then appeared to turn right toward State Road 100.
Deputies said each of the buses was marked with a bus number of 20604 and 20605 and were equipped with a GPS. The GPS systems had been disabled around 9:09 p.m. July 27, according to Judd.
