Police look for Dollar General robber

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Dollar General at 6240 Ft. Caroline Road at about 8:15 p.m. Friday.

Police said the suspect entered the discount store with a black pistol and demanded the witness give him money from the register and safe.

The man, who fled on foot, was last seen on Fort Caroline Road. He is being described as either Hispanic or a Caucasian and Hispanic mix, about 6 foot 2 inches tall and between 150 and 170 pounds.

The suspect was wearing a white, zip-up hoodie with black symbols that are possibly Chinese writing.
