PALATKA, Fla. – Two men were arrested Thursday in a Putnam County drug investigation.
Deputies executed a search warrant at 314 N. Ninth St. in Palatka following an undercover investigation into the illegal sale of narcotic pain killers at the home.

The resident, 62-year-old John Balistreri, and 33-year-old Kenneth Wood were at the home at the time the warrant was executed, deputies said.
Balistreri has been charged with sale and distribution of controlled substance and is currently being held in the Putnam County jail on $10,000 bond.
Wood was arrested on an unrelated warrant for failure to pay child support and is being held in the Putnam County jail on $1,000 bond.
