NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – A 29-year-old man was sentenced Thursday afternoon to four life sentences for his conviction on three counts of sexual battery and one count of lewd or lascivious molestation.
State attorneys said Larry Gibbs Jr., 29, was convicted in October.

In June 2012, a 12-year-old girl told authorities that Gibbs inappropriately touched her on multiple occasions.
The investigation revealed that the abuse began when the girl was 9 years old and continued until she was 11.
Authorities said Gibbs touched the girl and forced her to have sex with him.
