ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – A Coast Guard crew responds Tuesday night to a report that two people on a boat taking on water about 15 miles east of Mayport.
The call came in about 9:15 p.m. and a rescue boat crew was immediately launched and arrived on scene an hour later.

The Coast Guard and a Jacksonville Fire Rescue boat escorted the vessel back to port after using on-board de-watering pumps to keep the boat from flooding.
