3 shot in dispute between 2 groups
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Three people were shot in a confrontation between two groups in Fairfield, northeast of downtown, on Tuesday afternoon, according to Jacksonville police.
Officers said all of the injuries were non-life-threatening.
Police were called to the 1900 block of Lambert Street at about 4 p.m.

One group had two guns and the other had one gun, police said.
Two people -- a father and son -- were shot in one group, and the third who was shot was in the other group. The father, who police said was about 45 years old, and his son, who they said was in his 30s, were taken to UF Health Jacksonville with leg injuries.
The third man was taken to Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound to the forearm.
Police said the shootings were not gang related.
