ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Two young men are being sought in connection with an armed robbery at a St. Augustine Shores home late Wednesday night, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the home on Phoenetia Drive at 11:30 p.m. and met with the 55-year old man who was robbed.
The victim told them that after getting off work, he stopped at a U.S. 1 South bank and then drove home.
Before getting out of his vehicle, two men in a white sedan drove by, turned around and stopped in front of his home, deputies said. They said one of the men asked for directions and then the two brandished handguns and demanded money.

The victim was treated at the scene by St. Johns County Fire-Rescue.
The robbers were described as black man in their late teens to early 20s and both about 5 feet 5 inches tall. One was slightly stocky, clean cut in appearance and had a dark complexion. The other had a medium build and medium complexion.
