Fernandina Beach police still seek missing woman

FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. – Police have again asked for the public's 's help in finding a 22-year-old woman who was reported missing last month.
Carissa Lynn Sheen was last seen by her family April 11 on Cashenwood Drive in Fernandina Beach, police said.
Police said Sheen, who turned 22 on May 19, had been employed at Dick's Wings in Yulee before she went missing.
Sheen has been reported missing in the past, including being found in Atlanta, Ga., West Virginia and walking barefoot on Interstate 75, according to a police report.
Fernandina Beach police said there is some concern that she is depressed over the loss of her brother last year.
Sheen also has not taken medication prescribed for her to treat issues relating to schizophrenia, officials said.
Sheen's stepfather told police he believes she could be in Jacksonville, somewhere in the Riverside area. Sheen does not have a vehicle, so it is unknown how she could have traveled there, police said.
Police said Sheen does not have a cellphone or a bank account.
Police described Sheen as a white woman who is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has blue eyes and various tattoos. She has a tattoo of a bear on her right inside forearm and a tattoo of an eagle on her left leg above the knee. Sheen has black hair but has been known to dye it blonde, green and other colors.
