FHP K-9 leads to 10 lbs. of marijuana in car truck

A trooper noticed a smell of marijuana coming from a car stopped for speeding on Interstate 75. When a K-9 alerted on the car, a search led to 10 pounds of marijuana in the trunk and the arrest of two Miami men, according to the Florida Highway Patrol

The Dodge was stopped at 3 p.m. Tuesday near Mile Marker 418.  The initial trooper became suspicious and called a second trooper and K-9 Figo to the scene, whose alert gave them probable cause to search the car.
