13-year-old shot in Arlington

Police: Teen suffered non-life-threatening injuries

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police say a 13-year-old boy was shot Sunday evening in Arlington.

Deputies with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the teen was shot around 6:40 p.m. at the City Ridge Apartments off Arlington Expressway. He was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Police didn't say where the teen was shot or release his name.

Right now, police don't have any suspects.
