Joseph Tether, 20, is charged with murder and robbery in the killing of Nedzad Botonjic. Nicholas Stoner, 21, initially charged with murder, is now only charged as an accessory.

Police said Botonjic (pictured) met the two at the Regency gas station on Atlantic Boulevard to sell Tether some marijuana, and Tether shot him in a robbery.

Both suspects will be back in court in September for pretrial hearings.
