Nicholas Stoner will have a sentencing hearing next month in the death of 21-year-old Nedzad Botonjic, who was shot and killed in July in a marijuana deal at the gas station on Atlantic Boulevard.

Joseph Tether, 20, is charged with murder and robbery.

Police said Botonjic (pictured) met the two suspects at the Regency gas station to sell Tether some marijuana, and Tether shot him in a robbery.
