ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – Two men were arrested and another is sought in connection to a case involving child pornography.
Officials began investigating after a video of a sexual encounter was uploaded to Facebook.

Marcus D'Mon Kinard, 19, and Jontae Keith Merritt, 18, were charged with use of a child in a sexual performance and lewd or lascivious battery of a sex act upon a victim between the ages of 12-16. In addition, Merritt was also charged with promoting sexual performance by a child.
Deputies continue searching for Gevontes A. Baker, 21, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for lewd or lascivious battery, promoting a sex act on a victim less than 16 years old, promoting sexual performance by a child and transmission of child pornography by an electronic device.
Kinard is being held on a $200,000 bond and Merritt is being held on a $50,000 bond.
