Police said Garner was shot multiple times.

Butler initially told police she didn't know Garner and had never been to his home. She said she'd never called him and had no knowledge of his killing.

Police interviewed Butler again Friday and was arrested. What she said was redacted from a police report.

Butler has an extensive criminal history dating back to 2002. She was arrested less than a month after the killing on unrelated aggravated battery and drug charges.
