JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An SUV and a tractor-trailer overturned in a crash on Interstate 10 Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the SUV drifted off I-10 westbound, west of U.S. 301, about 1 p.m., over-corrected, and then collided with the semi, and both overturned.
The semi was hauling potash and dumped the whole load along the side of the highway.
One westbound lane was blocked by the crash.
The driver of the SUV was taken to St. Vincent's Medical Center with injuries said to be not serious.
