JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A motorcyclist died after a crash with a tractor-trailer on Normandy Boulevard on Friday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition and later died. Florida Highway Patrol has identified the motorcyclist as Charles Master, 54.

All lanes of Normandy Boulevard near Chaffee Road were closed because of the accident as the FHP was investigating, but the road reopened about 6 p.m.
