Woman convicted in 2013 murder
A 35-year-old woman accused of killing a man in 2013 in the Dinsmore house where they were both living was convicted Thursday of second-degree murder.
Police originally through Benjamin Craft, 52, committed suicide, but they later learned Casie White struck him in the head repeatedly with a vase during an argument.
Police said White, who was already in jail in Nassau County on a false identity charge, confessed to the killing.
White now faces up to life in prison. She will be sentenced the week of March 16.
