Tim Tebow Foundation hosts 'Night to Shine'

Prom held for people with special needs across the nation

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It was an unforgettable night for people in the Jacksonville area who have special needs. The Tim Tebow Foundation hosted a prom for them and rolled out the red carpet Friday evening.

The "Night to Shine" event was held at Christ's Church in Mandarin. The event was designed for anyone age 13 and older with developmental and/or physical impairments. All the girls got their hair and makeup done and the guys got their shoes shined. The teens also got to ride in a limo.

These events took place all across the country. The Tim Tebow Foundation hosted Night To Shine in 50 churches. Tim Tebow was at the event in North Carolina and his parents attended the Jacksonville event.
