Driver crosses median, strikes vehicle in Jacksonville

1 passenger suffers life-threatening injuries


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two people were injured in a crash Sunday on Atlantic Boulevard west of University Boulevard.

Police said the driver of a blue vehicle lost control of the car, crossed the median and struck a gray vehicle.

A passenger in the blue vehicle was ejected from the car and sustained life-threatening injuries. He was later identified as 20-year-old Trevian D. Robinson. A second passenger in the vehicle suffered minor injuries.

Police said the driver of the gray car was not injured.

Police are investigating the crash.
