In December 2012, the victims were inside a Bishop Lane residence when a dozen shots were fired into the home. One of the shots struck the now 6-year-old victim in the foot as she sat on the living room couch.

The investigation revealed that the shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute between Chambers and one of the victims.

Chambers faces a 20-year minimum mandatory sentence on each count. He will be sentenced the week of May 21.
