HILLIARD, Fla. – A person was hit and killed by a train early Saturday morning in Hilliard.
The Nassau County Sheriff's Office said the victim was Angel Louise Bethune, 39.

Police said the incident is still under investigation but a suicide note was found at the scene.
The incident happened at a railroad crossing on Pratt Siding road and Wedgewood Way.
Rail and car traffic was delayed for a few hours because of the incident.
The scene was cleared around 9:15 a.m.
