The women described the man as a large build, wearing a tan shirt and dark pants and that the car he left in was silver.

A Gainesville police officer spotted the car in traffic and pulled Etter over. The officer said Etter was sweating excessively, breathing heavy and had his jeans partially unzipped.

Police said Etter has been stopped and interviewed recently on other prowling cases and claimed to be an Uber driver to explain being in certain areas.

Both victims in the case were brought to the traffic stop and both positively identified Etter.
