JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A woman was shot by her boyfriend during an argument at a Westside apartment complex, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was shot in the arm at the Preserve at Cedar Point apartments on Confederate Point Road and was taken to UF Health with minor injuries, police said. She is expected to be OK.

Her boyfriend has a criminal record, police said, but did not specify what crimes.
Police have not released the identity of either the victim or her shooter.
Police said the shooter left in a car, but they know his identity.
