2 arrested for cooking meth in shed

Mindy Osteen and David Garland transported to jail in Bradford County


BRADFORD COUNTY, Fla. – Two people accused of producing methamphetamine were arrested Tuesday, according to the Bradford County Sheriff's Office.


The Bradford County Drug Task Force said it received information that Mindy Osteen and David Garland were purchasing precursor chemicals to produce meth.


After watching a home on NW 51st Avenue in Starke for a period of time, investigators said they observed Osteen and Garland cooking meth in an outdoor shed.

A search warrant was signed and executed Tuesday.

Osteen and Garland were taken to the Bradford County Jail.
