CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – There's a new way people can get connected with the Clay County government.
Monday, Clay County commissioner Gavin Rollins rolled out the county's new and re-designed website.
"In keeping with that we seek to innovate process and procedures so that we can better respond to the needs of citizens and maximize limited resources. One of the ways we are doing this is through a redesigned website," Rollins said.
It was created to help people be able to more easily find out what's going on in the county.
If you click on the resident's section you can even report problems such as potholes, overgrown brush and trees and other issues and you'll be contacted back.
"It allows the county to feature important information and has a built in issue tracker system so if a citizen has an issue they can fill out a form that is submitted to the right department and tracked through proper resolution," Rollins said.
