Jacksonville man wins $1M on scratch-off ticket
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Lottery announced that Michael Bach, 29, of Jacksonville, claimed a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 Florida Cash scratch-off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
Bach chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $747,614.80.
He purchased his winning ticket from Kangaroo Express, located at 8350 Baymeadows Road. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
The $25 game, $10,000,000 Florida Cash, features more than 11 million winning tickets and more than $624 million in total cash prizes! The game's overall odds of winning are 1-in-2.88.
