JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting death at 3600 Kernan Boulevard South.
The shooting started with what appears to be a home invasion.

The victim in the shooting ran to a nearby Credit Union for help. The person was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
