Tequesta police officers and Martin County sheriff's deputies worked together to conduct a traffic stop on the car he was believed to be driving.

According to deputies, Orr was taken into custody just east of Interstate 95. Bomb disposal and hazardous materials teams were called in to investigate the package he had brought into the bank, but they discovered it was a can of lighter fluid wrapped in duct tape.

Orr allegedly confessed to Saturday's robbery as well as robberies in Palm City and Fort Myers.

The FBI is now investigating.
