JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police a man was shot multiple times Monday night outside the office of the Budget Inn hotel on Ramona Boulevard, just of Interstate 10.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's office, the victim was taken to UF Health Jacksonville with life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses told police they saw a man running from the scene. Police said no weapon recovered and the scene and the victim had no identification on him.
At this point, they don't know if either the victim or suspect were staying at the Budget Inn.
