JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk was sold and will soon have a new name, management team and appearance.
The 323-room hotel on Prudential Drive will be known as the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center, Jacksonville Riverwalk.

It's now owned by LexDevCoJax, Inc., which is an affiliate of Coral Springs-based Vantage Hospitality Group.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The hotel will remain open during an upcoming 18-month renovation.
