4 teens ran away from mental health facility

2 juveniles voluntarily returned to Lake City facility

LAKE CITY, Fla. – Police in Lake City are still looking for two out of four teenagers who ran away from a mental health facility on Saturday night.  The Lake City Police Department said they are searching for Damon Countryman and Julious Holland, both 16-years-old.

The four ran away from Meridian Behavioral Recovery facility in southern Lake City around 10 p.m. Saturday.  Police say Bradley Woodard, 17 and Brandon Miller, 14 returned to the facility.

Julious was last seen around 10 p.m. Sunday at the facility. He is 5'6" and weighs 140 pounds. He has dark blonde hair and brown eyes.

Damon is 5'9" and weighs 150 pounds. He has dark blonde hair and brown eyes.
