Sources with knowledge of the investigation tell News4Jax that Raulerson is accused of selling his own prescription medication to another man for re-sale. Sources also said the deputy denies the allegations, saying there is no physical evidence to support the charges

Reports said that a warrant was issued for Raulerson's arrest after an internal investigation which led to a sworn statement from the man accused of buying the drugs from Raulerson.

Sheriff Bill Leeper confirmed that Raulerson was fired upon his arrest.

Raulerson was released from jail after posting a $150,000 bond.
